Pricing - All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% (GST) Goods and Services Tax. Please read our below Terms and Conditions/Terms of Trade before purchasing from our website; as in purchasing from Bella Gordon you indicate your understanding and agreement to these Terms and Conditions and are bound by these Terms.
Prices may be subject to change without notice and may differ from prices found elsewhere. We generally work on the Recommended Retail Price from the provider unless the items are for sale or discontinued.
Payments and Orders - We accept payments via Debit & Credit Card using eWAY's Online Payment Gateway. We also now accept Afterpay.

All orders will be dispatched once we have been notified by eWAY that your payment has been approved. The goods will be sent between 1-2 days following payment confirmation.
Bella Gordon do not have access to your banking details this is all secured by eWAY solutions. We do have access to your name, address, phone and email (personal details) however; guarantee we do not give your personal details to any other party other than what's shown on the Freight details label. Bella Gordon will only use your details to contact you, send notice of issues, promotions and returns. We do not give your details to anyone and all information that's retained will be secured.
Regarding Orders - Although we endeavour to keep all product listings up to date, an item may be unavailable, or incorrectly priced due to unforeseen circumstances. Hopefully this will not happen, however; if it does we will be in touch within 48 hours to advise you and offer an alternative i.e. (place it on urgent back order) or refund, whichever you choose.
Back Orders - Bella Gordon offer a Back order service for customers who want a product we have SOLD OUT of. All you need to do it send Lara and email to arrange with a 20% Deposit. The deposit will come off the total cost once the order is completed. Should you change your mind (after the item is ordered) you will forfeit your deposit. This is not negotiable, and in line with the relevant consumer legislation. In addition; Back orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Freight - Bella Gordon try to provide the most accurate yet safe shipping option for you to choose from. We ship locally according to weight and can also send the good(s) via Express post, all postage costs are paid by the purchaser. Bella Gordon also ship overseas also at the cost of the purchaser. We offer rates to choose from and ship via Australia Post International or Courier (as specified by purchaser) which is also at the purchasers cost prior to shipping. All goods will be dispatched following payment approval from eWAY. The order will be shipped within 1-2 days from when your payment has cleared.
Please Note - We cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us via email, the timelines provided are a guide only. Australian deliveries take 7- 10 days (due to Covid). Overseas usually take between 21-30 days.
Some countries may have additional Taxes, Fees or Levies; Bella Gordon are not responsible for these. You will be required to familiar yourself with these Fees for Foreign Transaction Terms and Conditions and make arrangements to pay for them and any additional paperwork which may be required directly to the Government body. Please contact the relevant Authorities and Customs to clarify your responsibilities.
All Overseas shipping will be declared by Bella Gordon and the true value of these items along with any other relevant information will also be shown/given in compliance with Australian Export requirements.
Returns - Here at Bella Gordon we believe all of our products are 100% perfect prior to shipping. We wrap all items and securely wrap Décor items to ensure no damage is caused during shipping.
However; sometimes accidents happen. So we have designed a simple Returns method. Please note* We do not accept returns because you change your mind or if an item is on Sale or Discounted/Seconds as per the Regulatory Authority in your state.
All approved returns can be refunded or you may choose to accept a credit note (for our store) or full replacement, you can decide which option you want.
Please contact Larz at email@example.com to make arrangements for the return of the item within 3 working days of receipt, in its original packaging. Bella Gordon will discuss with you the reason for return and provide you with a (return approval number) this must be on the accompanying return paperwork, in addition your original receipt. Bella Gordon do not accept responsibility for items returned that we do not receive "for return" due to theft, wrong return address on label or freight providers loss of your item. You need to arrange insurance via the appropriate provider for the item at your own cost to safeguard you should your items go missing.
Note we comply with all our legal obligations that relate to your Warranty and other Consumer Rights for that State.
Product Care - Bella Gordon follow the Manufacturers care and maintenance standards for all items available at Bella Gordon. We have also provided washing instructions on the item labels, our stock/shop details page.. Should you not follow these and your item(s) are damaged, Bella Gordon will not be responsible for replacement of the item(s) as outlined in the relevant Consumer Warranty found at the Local Consumer Authority for your state.
We try to photograph all images and colours as accurately as possible on our website, however the colours you see depend on your monitor or printer. There is no guarantee that the display of any colour will exactly reflect the colour on delivery. Irregularities in fabrics and prints by nature are a characteristic of the manufacturing process, therefore; there may be slight markings or variations to each product.
